The electrolye powder contains 200mg Sodium, 500mg Potassium, 113mg Magnesium, 50mg Calcium, 2.5mg Zinc, 100mg Vitamin C, 2.5mcg Vitamin B12. The Electrolytes Sample pack contains 4 Servings of Forest Fruits Electrolytes.

Add 1 serving (stick pack) to 500ml of cold water and shake until mixed.
